About Me

My passion is Cross Stitching. For me it's just like the artist who paints. Instead of canvas and paint, I use material (Aida usually but lately I've been experimenting with Evenweave)and thread.

I'm married to my best friend. We were high school sweethearts. We have 3 sons and between them we have a total of 19 wonderful grandchildren. Our oldest is in the Army and the two younger boys are roofers.

I love crafts of any kind but my passion is Cross Stitching AKA Needle Art. You take needle and thread and use either Aida, Evenweave or Linen and stitch a picture. Just as an artist paints with oils, I paint with threads.
